Marinated in sesame ginger teriyaki sauce, glazed and served w/ pineapple.

____ Tender Roast Pork Loin
Apricot glazed slow roasted center pork loin with seasoning.

____ Traditional Sliced Roast Beef w/ Au Ju
Seasoned and slow roasted to perfection, sliced served Au Jus.

Per Person charges apply if number of people exceeds package. Package prices are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 25% of total Package is due at signing. Full payment is due 15 days in advance of event date. Cancellation policy is 90 days written notice.
